From the initial unveiling of his debut single ‘Lullabye’ feat. Akacia that welcomed over 200,000 plays in its first month, proud First Nations electronic artist Moss had begun cementing his bass-driven footprint in his motherland of Australia and beyond.

With a production foundation that has seen the likes of Marshmallow, Yellow Claw, Jauz and more drop fully-fledged support, the Central Station/October Records producer has proven he’s the brooding, yet maximalist sleeping giant of the electronic dance realm. Taking out the Triple J Unearthed DIY Supergroup competition for ‘Sabre Teeth’, while also seeing it hit #1 on their charts, the single led to an official release featuring Ghanaian-Australian and multi award nominated singer Genesis Owusu.

Tapping into incredibly emotive, cinematic and heavy-hitting elements with his work, Moss has infused a true bass energy, delivering seamless output. With a full arsenal of music in the bank, 2020 saw a palpable intensity bubbling from the Wadawurrung man’s studio. His single ‘Shimmer’ received a well-deserved spot add on Triple J, an inaugural Friday Mix and a tonne of streams across a barrage of tastemaker playlists. Just prior ‘Idek’, a collaboration with Sydney artist Sippy, was picked up by Boogie T’s Drama Club Recordings and ramped up the noise with support from Ghastly, Zeds Dead and more. Taking his music to the floor, Moss featured on USA Cult event Hard Summer in Australia while also recently being hand picked by Ableton for their Live 11 launch showcase in Sydney.

Commanding attention across his catalogue, Moss continues to push his hybrid bass sound with new music arriving including the new single ‘SPEED DIAL’ featuring BRIA , while devoting his anomalous vision to breaking boundaries across the electronic scene.
